The last couple of months I've been thinking about my health and the importance of exercising. Like any fashionably inclined guy I did some research on sportswear that looks cool and still functional. For instance, I found out about APL sneakers and they're innovative designs and amazing colors. Champion is a classic when it comes to sportswear and they are still doing some great workout essentials. Burton is known for snowboards but you should take a second look; there's much more. For those who like a more style savvy look Rascals, Mark McNairy, and Parke & Ronen have some options for you. What are some of your favorite sportswear brands? 

Shades of Grey by Micah Cohen SS14

Shades of Grey by Micah Cohen's spring/summer 2014 collection is all about cool urban sportswear and relaxed suits. Nothing is uptight about the collection which is exactly how your wardrobe should be in the spring and sumer. The key pieces in the collection are composed of outerwear and sweatshirts with the short sleeve baseball jersey to tie it all together. Which one is your favorite look?

One of the things that especially caught my eye was the floral sweatshirt and shorts look worn by Guerrino (Re:Quest). The colors are so dark; they're as masculine as flowers can be.

Malcom (Ford)- Say yes, to the linen canvas color block sailing jacket.
